Date: November 2nd, 2023 12:14 AM Author: Wine Electric Tanning Salon Potus I went with my girlfriend to eat in, and all the sudden an argument broke out a customer got rude and started squaring off with the supposed manager the customer asked the manager to come out to fight, the manager replied ok with my astonishment he walked out not before pulling out a folding knife also his coworkers right behind him Cheering him on so he confronted the customer with knife on hand i was super shocked a manger would act this way when in fact he should be the better person instead he's a thug with nothing to loose and these are the kinds of people they hire in McDonald's isnt a manger supposed to compose himself and be more professional this is ridiculous, it all happened 15 minutes before midnight at 8/20/23 around 11:45 pm The manager is light skin with glasses and wears a cap. I wish I would have recorded it.
Super trashy place and not all McDonald's is trashy probably mostly in NYC |

The cashier was a new trainee; but he was pleasant and sought assistance when needed from a supervisor, instead of wasting time to figure out what he couldn't. The employee wearing the blue shirt (assistant manager?) He was attentive, had a pleasant disposition and I felt well-taken care of) He definitely deserves a shout out for a job well done. (I wish I had his name.)The experience was so great it made me feel like returning. In stark contrast to the the unprofessional treatment I received at McDonald's on 159th/Fort Washington Avenue and Broadway. I reported my experience, but never received an acknowledgement of my complaint. Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5

The cashier who could not communicate in English is trying to say that they don’t have shakes but they can offer a soft drink (which doesn’t equate in value) I asked for a refund and she basically said there’s nothing they can do. The ‘manager on duty’ who seemed like a crew worker with a honorary ‘manager’ title, didn’t even have credentials to do refunds nor did he speak English. The only way they could refund is waiting for the open the drawer on another cash sale. They got the drawer open a few minutes later but only gave back $3 when this shake is almost $5. Date: November 3rd, 2023 1:34 AM Author: talented silver famous landscape painting I always grab a cup of coffee from this McDonald's when I'm staying at Linq or Harrahs and haven't had any issues until now. Well this past trip I was starving and ordered an 11pm dinner from here as it was quick and easy. Walked over to this McDonald's from the hotel I was hanging out at only to find it was closed. The app I ordered from said it was open 24 hours, and the sign out front said open until midnight, but it was closed with no explanation.
So now I'm hungry and out money as I've already paid for the meal. Solved the hunger problem and went back to the restaurant the next day to talk to a manager and explain the issue. They admitted to closing early but didn't say why, and then told me I shouldn't have been charged for food. Well, I was. They didn't have any explanation, any resolution, or any way of helping me. I contacted McDonald's on Twitter and via the app's contact us form, but nope, here we are a week later and no refund.

Date: November 3rd, 2023 1:41 AM Author: orange crotch The staff and employees are very totally lazy, dirty, disrespectfully insensitive, they have no people skills only towards each other and they are unsanitary, they prepare the foods with torn plastic gloves putting your burgers, sausage and eggs on buns that are on top of dirty counters in the back. I happened to go there once and ordered a large coffee and seen how this place was ran, so i decided to stop by there again and again and nothing there had changed at different times. If you happen to go by there and stop by and see it for your self you too will also say its a shame, in fact its a crime, the police detectives across the street should investigate that place and go in for themselves undercover and see for themselves what a crime it is towards the community. I bet if they do they won't attempt to eat there or bring their kids to eat there. This place should fire all its employees, be shut down to be sanitized then closed for good. I love McDonalds coffee is why I went in there and its a good thing that I didn't go through the drive thru or I wouldn't have seen what I seen, I feel really bad and sorry for the people that had gone threw the drive thru, they would've been shocked. If you are reading this and you have drove threw this McDonalds and are wondering If your food tasted funny, well then. Maybe I'm wrong but maybe I'm not, maybe you should go in and see and judge for yourself, I'm just saying. I would have taken a few pictures or a video of the place but I might have been jumped or robbed by staff and employees. VERY GHETTO!!!!!!! |

We asked if she could give us two ranch sauces because we forgot to add it on our order and after the first window guy told us “That’s all you wanted to add? Just ask for it on the second window and she’s gonna give it to you” so he didn’t charge us anything, but this blonde latina old lady told us “It’s 25 cents each” with a nasty look, we told her to skip it, and then she handed us our order which she dropped 3 of the ketchup from it and she didn’t even say sorry. So she can drop our ketchup which were paid off but she can’t give us ranch? Unbelievable. Horrible service, from the very first second to the last on the second window, this woman is going to make this branch lose costumers, me personally, I’m not going there anymore. Not because of the homeless, not even because of the small parking lot (that the employees use and the customers can't park) but because the customer service in this establishment is down right disgusting! What I have noticed on multiple occasions is that the Hispanic staff interacts with you according to your race. If you are Hispanic, they love you. If you are white, they tolerate you. But if you are black, watch out, they will treat you like the bottom of the barrel. I work in downtown **** so I go here ONLY to get the iced caramel coffee so they know me when I walk in. I have watched them belittle people, talk down to customers and simply IGNORE patrons. I swear I didn't even want to give them 1 star. They deserve NO stars for this sham of an establishment!
