To be fair,
CR, yeah I'm a little confused.
You are correct, TDNW, I typed those words out and poasted them on XO. Thanks for saving this and making a record of that.
So, uh... anyway, yeah, about that 'link'...?

Let's review the overall reactions to this particular piece of news:
Ukrainemos are happy, celebrating even that a few months of ammo has been procured. Its a variety of sizes and comes through a trusted intermediary (Czechia).
Russiamos are (1) saying because this isn't the end of the war its dumb, and (2) its fake.
The Prime Ministers of ten different countries have publicly stated a member of NATO/EU (Czechia) will receive X funds for this particular artillery purchase.
You, dear reader, can decide which side is crazed/delusional.

To be fair,
TDNW?
This forthcoming new US Congressional aid package to Ukraine that you smugly referenced above to "pwn" all of us retarded and delusional Putintards *does* actually exist IRL, right? Or at the very least, there are serious plans for it to be approved by both houses of Congress and then disbursed to Ukraine in the near future, right? Like, presumably within the next month or two, right? OK, maybe three or four months, tops?
...Right?
TDNW? Hello? "Hola"?
I want to believe you brother, I'm just asking for a link or two so I can read about it and try to better educate myself, and you seem to know so much about this topic...

To be fair,
So... "I don't have a link, but trust me this is gonna happen soon, I read stuff and I know these things"?
Got it, sounds compelling. I mean, shit, if a Ukrainecuck Pumo on XO *insists* that this is going to happen...
Lol I remember arguing with Ukrainecuck Pumos like you back in November about whether more US funding would be forthcoming soon -- they assured me it would be and they smugly called me "retarded and naive" for "foolishly" thinking otherwise. It's now March (i.e. those debates took place four months ago) in an election year as Dems (aka the party pushing this funding) are increasingly struggling with poor public polling and the Ukraine war is becoming increasingly unpopular, and AFAIK Congress hasn't given Ukraine more money since those debates took place, but hey whatever I guess I'll just continue to keep my mask on and patiently wait two more weeks until money printer starts going brrrr once again any day now. ;)

To be fair,
Oh wow OK, this changes everything.
So when do you expect US Congressional aid to flow to Ukraine, again? Can we get a month? This month? April? May?

Czech President Petr Pavel, a former NATO general, told AFP, ”We have collected the total sum needed to buy the entire amount... as of this morning," Pavel told reporters on Thursday without disclosing the sum."
"If there are no fundamental problems, the ammunition could reach Ukraine within several weeks," he added.
But there are several fundamental problems. The first is the cost of shells doesn’t add up. Baron’s reported that the cost to contributing nations is 1.5 billion for the 800,000 shells. This works out to 1875 dollars per shell. The current cost of shells in the European Union is over 8000 dollars, according to DefenseOne. If they are able to acquire the shells, then additional funds are coming from somewhere not being reported.
The second problem is that most of these shells are originating from South Korea according to a source, reported in the New Voice of Ukraine. Both South Korea and North Korea have massive stocks of artillery. The problem for NATO and Ukraine is that South Korean law prohibits the sale of arms for use in a conflict zone.
Lastly, all artillery shells are not created equal. Shells must fit the specific piece of artillery being used. “While there is a NATO standard for artillery ammunition, its implementation is voluntary and a lack of adherence by various countries has led to a fragmentation of the market and hampered the flow of supplies,” Reuters reported.
The resultant fragmentation means shells acquired aren’t likely to offset Ukraine’s artillery ratio deficit; it will only prolong suffering.

Woops, so much for that Czech 155mm shell bonanza.
There is not enough money for the Czech initiative on shells for Ukraine
The Czech publication iRozhlas writes about this with reference to Estonian Defense Minister Hanno Pevkur.
In addition, according to him, the proposed shells need to be tested, so some of them may not reach the front before the end of the year.
