it's that easy. this fact slices through decades of 'criminology' and 'studies' and other obfuscatory horseshit designed to keep violent criminals out of jail. anyone arguing otherwise wants to enact policy choices to PREVENT the elimination of violent crime. that's an 'if x, then y'-level mechanistic reality.
it's time to drop all other discourse and just hammer over and over again at this fundamental point. no more getting dragged into subthread wastelands on the VCQ (violent crime question). |
