More money isn't going to fix your issues unless you are planning on quitting working altogether to focus on your health and your family. And if you are opening in that you should do it now. Plus, the death of parents can be catastrophic. Even if you think you're going too be stoic about the passing of your own parents, your wife will likely be devastated when hers pass, which is going to place a whole host of new demands on you.
You need to be open with your wife about needing time and space to work out, and how can she help you achieve that. If she can't, hire someone who can give you that space.
Start there. Make sustainable changes to your diet, and go to the gym 2-3 days a week for low impact exercise. |

But around 3rd or 4th grade, they’re getting taller, bringing home homework, remember everything you say or do. Something changes. They come in your room and you realize that now at 9 or 10 they are halfway grown up and well on their way to becoming who they will be. I still remember when I was 10. I got a stepdad and a bunch of shit to worry about. Now I’m on the backside of 40. |
