i'd love to enter into a retirement wager with any known sudos on whether the courts will ultimately decide texas may deport people from the united states. so many people seem cock sure that the constitution permits this.
terms:
if it is resolved on the merits that texas may deport people from the united states, and a deportation occurs, and either not challenge or challenged and upheld, i will retire via giving you the password to this account.
the western district of texas has held they cannot and the matter is on appeal (1:24-CV-8-DAE). thus, the law of the land is texas may not deport people. if this order remains the law of the land, through 5th circuit upholding it, and an appeal is not made or not granted cert, or scotus resolving the matter through this or another case, you will retire by giving me the password to your account.

i welcome any known sudos to participate in this wager.

I don't know if deport is the right word, but I think a state can take defensive action during an actual invasion notwithstanding what Congress says.
"No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay."

what are we arguing here then?
you refuse to bet or clearly lay out your argument because you know you're a fucking retard. you've been pwned so many times here that you've learn to just be evasive and nonspecific. it's slippery kike tactics.

1. I think a state can take defensive action during an actual invasion notwithstanding what Congress says.
2. I think Texas can decide whether an actual invasion is occuring as long as that determination is somewhat reasonable.
3. I think Texas's determination on point 2 will hold up before the SCOTUS.

dude of course 2 and 3 are true, the devil when "somewhat reasonable" occurs, and it clearly does NOT occur when it comes to migration.
and 1 is also vague as fuck because the devil is in deciding what DEFENSIVE ACTION is. do you mean ANY defensive action, because if so my deportation bet fits the bill, which is convenient because THAT'S WHAT'S AT ISSUE HERE.
how about you just tell me how you think the 5th circuit/scotus will resolve the case that's pending and we bet on that, since it touches on all these issues.

Texas has declared an invasion regarding the migrant crisis. WILL SCOTUS hold that that determination is reasonable? and WHAT defensive action will thus be permitted?

He was part of the palantir crew that was pushing ivermectin. This crew of accounts had other similarities, like they would NEVER charge their monikers, all of them were extremely dumb, none of them were ever funny even accidentally, and none of them knew anything about law or had any excuse for being here. Cock of Michael Obama is another one I remember.
Anyway as soon I pointed out the ivermectin thing, 90% of threads with ivermectin in the title got shitmodded, as did most of my threads about this topic. Here's one I was still able to locate:
