Lucky Strikes unfiltered - powerful kick, which I knew it would have. Last night I only puffed and exhaled, no inhale. Short cigarette. High nicotine. For the hardcore addict, not someone who only smokes a few cigarettes a few times a year. Did like the novelty. Flavor is the flavor of burnt toast. Had another one this morning with black coffee, and whoa!

Dunhill International Blues. Long cigarette. You could taste a quality to the tobacco but at the same time it wasn't a very endearing cigarette. Hard to say why, even if it did have a nice balance between flavor and strength. I wanted to like it more than I did.

Parliament whites, or lights as we called them when I was a kid. Somewhat different flavor. Maybe a bit stronger than I'd like but a decent smoke. I'd smoked the Parliament Silver a few months ago and found it a cigarette where the first puff was good but the rest pretty weak. If there was something between the whites and silver that may be the ideal casual cigarette.

Store was out of Turkish silver so didn't try it.
