Sometimes it’s barely better than domestic economy; other times (AA Flagship, Delta One) it’s like international premium economy but way dirtier (like a toddler smudged all over everything) and a few things will be broken. Really have to look into which plane is serving the flight or teach your secretary or firm travel department to check this for you.
The only consistent one is JetBlue Mint.
All in all, domestic first is largely a waste if you’re not flying transcon. |

i flown w them international last year on their older model lie flats and the seat was noticeably narrower than AA, united or latam. food was better than the others.
havent been on the delta one flagship suites yet.
domestic i think the big three's first is pretty equal. right now booking east coast to las vegas flight on a A321neo, its supposed to have these new seats
