Rate my experience last night waiting for an uber next to a popular gay bar

My buddy lives nearby, next to a big time gay area with multiple gay bars. After the UNC/Bama game, I walked a couple blocks to his place and was going to call an uber from there to go home, like half a block away from this gay bar (no I did not go in there).
In the 10 minutes it took for my uber to arrive, the following happened: - some guy with a purse walked up and stood about 8 feet from me blasting 90s r&b music from his phone. I was fucking around with my phone to avoid eye contact but every time I looked up he was staring and smiling at me - I noticed two guys in a car parked on the street next to where I was waiting. One guy was clearly giving the other guy a handjob. Meanwhile, a dog in the backseat of the same car was barking his head off. Weird. - two homeless guys got into a fight and the cops immediately showed up. neither were arrested and the bums seemed to be friendly after the fight and walked away together - everywhere in the area smelled like weed
Is this what its like all over america? |
