He’s astute in saying people were so busy looking for discrepancies between the gospels that they were distracted by the glaring plothole of why women are going to place spices on a dead males body 3 days after the fact |

Maybe the tomb/cave was cool, around 40-50°F. It would have slowed down decomposition, like a refrigerator. Maybe this is where all bodies were put before they were prepared for burial.
