It also shows the reality of the human condition with and without a proper government structure to keep law and order and how humans in the wild devolve into monsters. Also most of the characters are white.
The only really gay things about the show: there are two misceginated couples and a chick who goes by they for no reason. If you can get passed how gay this is and just let go of your black pill for five seconds the show is the absolute best GC will ever give you. If you can't find the joy in this amazing show you are just determined to be unhappy. I say this as someone who hates blacks, women, gays, and trans people as well as Jews. But seriously, at some point you have to live a little. |

The only thing questionable about then is their values. Any society not based on Christianity is sus. They do some weird shit like they don't allow adoption and orphans are raised in hospitals by a staff of professionals. They also tolerate prostitution and let death row inmates live in round the clock fear of when they are to be hanged.
All that being said they are probably going to colonize Mars long before we do. To wit the global popularity of anime just goes to show how much better at writing and storytelling they are given that their population is a fraction of the West. They don't deal at all with the stupid liberal nonsense we do and therefore can explore deeper aspects of human nature.
Still, I will take the West at its best over Japan's achievements, but they punch way above their weight. If we ever get to interstellar colonization they may have the upper hand. |
