i swtiched to 2mg ON, way cheaper and pop them every 40 min -1hr like a cig
the perfect half life is 1-3 mg nicotine every 45 min iirc, which is why theres 20 cigs in a pack to last you a whole day

I go until they are completely and utterly dead, which usually takes me around and hour and a half. I'll admit that the tail end of these longer sessions is a bit unsatisfying. I really should just intentionally suck out the remaining nic at the 1 hour point.
I've had a lot of light days recently. On a light day I'll use three 3mg Zyns

OFC
It's far healthier, to the extent that they may in fact be completely harmless (other than the whole 'addiction' thing).
At a bare minimum I think smokers ought to consider Zyns as an ancillary nicotine delivery mechanism for situations where you can't or shouldn't smoke.

It's even fine for your heart too
"A 2018 Cochrane review found that, in rare cases, nicotine replacement therapy can cause non-ischemic chest pain (i.e., chest pain that is unrelated to a heart attack) and heart palpitations, but does not increase the incidence of serious cardiac adverse events (i.e., myocardial infarction, stroke, and cardiac death) relative to controls.[47]
A 2016 review of the cardiovascular toxicity of nicotine concluded, "Based on current knowledge, we believe that the cardiovascular risks of nicotine from e-cigarette use in people without cardiovascular disease are quite low. We have concerns that nicotine from e-cigarettes could pose some risk for users with cardiovascular disease."[93]
Blood pressure
In the short term, nicotine causes a transient increase in blood pressure, but in the long term, epidemiological studies generally do not show increased blood pressure or hypertension among nicotine users.[93] "
