Everyone I know has various Vanguard, Fidelity, Black Rock accounts and funds. Never heard of a single person with a "State Street" fund or account.

u r prole.

State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) is the investment management division of State Street Corporation and the world's fourth largest asset manager,[2] with nearly $4.14 trillion (USD)[3] in assets under management as of 31 December 2021.[4]

The company services financial clients by creating and managing investment strategies ***for governments, corporations, endowments, non-profit foundations, corporate treasurers and CFOs, asset managers, financial advisors and other intermediaries*** around the world.

These douchebags count assets as “under management” even if they are in some stupid ministerial role like trustee with extremely limited discretion and when they demand to be directed by actual owners in managing the assets. Never ever ever believe AUM numbers they are fraud lies ALWAYS.

I see them a lot but it's always super low margin shit, like duplicating SP500 index for an endowment or pension at 1 basis point less than you would pay for vanguard institutional shares.
