Any way to responsibly have sexual relationship with secretary?

Date: April 24th, 2024 11:45 AM Author: abusive dilemma I'm a solo. It's a very small office. Just me, 1 fulltime secretary/paralegal and a part-time bookkeeper who comes like once a week.
Secretary is a 25 year old tallish brunette. She's got a nice feminine figure. Not skinny but absolutely would never be described as fat. She's got a sweet, girl next door type of face.
We spend a lot of time together, and there is clear rising sexual tension between us. She will extend conversations for longer than they call for, we exchange looks and smiles, have been working in a way lately that puts us in very close physical proximity.
I'm 41. Divorced, no kids. She has a long term boyfriend that she does not seem very into and seems to be relocating soon for a job.
I get the feeling that it wouldn't take much to push things over the edge. Would this be a huge mistake? Has anyone gone down this path before? |

Alternatively, she's receptive to it and a relationship blossoms. This could either end badly or with a happy marriage.
