That would seem like a huge fault with the theory, IF true. It's what many anti-evolutionists are saying.
And they do have a point.
Its crazy that we have all these species that are so different from one another when we should be seeing an unbroken chain of one animal that looks a little bit different from the next, all the way from small little amphibians to huge mammals.
We should be able to line the species up like in one of those picture flipbooks and watch them morph by 'flipping' through the pages really quickly.
But where are the 'missing links'?

why do people always say this lol
the idea doesn't make sense. any fossil of any living creature is a "transition fossil" in the sense that there were species before that creature, and species after that creature. nobody is gonna find a fossil of a year 2000 human in the year 100,000 A.D. and think that it was a "transition species" between savannah apes and whatever eloi creatures come after humans. even though that is technically what we would be
think about it for like 30 seconds. this is one of the most low-IQ and silly "anti-evolution" arguments

this is one of those things that any person capable of abstract thought can understand, they just need to actually spend a little bit of time thinking about it
the entire attempted distinction between "micro-evolution" and "macro-evolution" is incoherent and silly and a product of dishonest people who want to justify their own religious beliefs. it's unironically just a bunch of fundamentalist christians making up pseudo-intellectual nonsense
if micro-evolution is real (and it is, it's a phenomena that's observable by an individual), then macro-evolution is also real, because it's the same phenomenon and mechanism. there's no anti-evolution argument that holds any water

i'm aware of the "debate." it's not actually a debate. even the computational "argument" against darwinian evolution doesn't hold any water and is reliant on making up arbitrary numerical assumptions
i know people personally who have done fruit fly breeding. it's very easy and an average person can do it and understand it
we know how evolution works. it's real and undeniable

im just looking for the facts. every one of your resposnes is 'oh i just know better trust me on these things i am super smart'
yet you can't show me the transition fossils without engaging in a bunch of sophistry "theyre all transition fossils!'
uh, you know what i am talking about faggot. show me the transition fossils between the species that draws a solid link from the single cell organisms down to humans.
you can't do it.

no, it's you who doesn't know what you're talking about. all fossils are "transition fossils." you are just not actually focusing and thinking about this
close your eyes, focus, and think about this abstractly for 60 to 120 seconds. focus on nothing else. focus on these questions:
1. what would a "transition fossil" look like compared to a regular fossil?
2. what are the specific differences/characteristics that make a fossil a "transition fossil?"

i already answered your question: i said that *all* fossils qualify as the "missing links" you asked about in the OP. that is a direct and straightforward answer to your question
you just don't like the answer, so you ignore it, because you're some tedious middle-aged midwit who has a "worldview" that he settled on 15 years ago and you're only interested in the dopamine hits you get from having it validated
you are the gentile version of consuela

LOL no. thats not an "answer" to a question. Its just sophistry as has been repeatedly pointed out to you.
Where are the fossils for the missing links?

every fossil is a fossil of a missing link species
every species is a missing link species
these things are true and will always be true no matter how much it frustrates you for whatever stupid low iq reason

"
every living creature is in a transition phase between a billion different species coming before and after it "
this is a refutation/rejection of the entire idea of speciation. under this theory we should be able to arrange all 100 trillion organisms currently living on the earth of a smooth spectrum of being. ie, every single being would be able to reproduce with the organism to the right of it, and the left of it. easy and seamless transitions at the individual level, but nevertheless on the wider spectrum you have single celled animals all the way to the left and blue whales all the way to the right
idk maybe you believe this, I don't argue points of religious doctrine, but it certainly seems off to me just on an "eyeball" basis so to speak

People can't wrap their minds around the time scales involved.
The earth is 4 billion years old.
The last common human chimp ancestor lived 5-13 million years ago.
Million = 1000 millennia so if each generation was 20 years, there are 50 generations per millennia times 1000 millennia per million years times 5 millions = 250,000 generations since last common ancestor.
Seems enough generations to me for Incremental changes to separate the chimpanzees and humans.

Africans and other brown races evolved from gorillas in the wild.
Whites are aliens. asians their science experiment.
this is all fact.
