yeah but they can change almost instantly. happens with younger chicks all the time of course but even older ones youd think are immune to blowing up.
had a neighbor who was 40 and almost too thin looking at her arms and abs. ate fast food all the time, made calorie dense southern food etc. a couple medical issues back to back put her mostly in bed for 6-7 months and suddenly she was fat as hell. probably 50 pounds heavier

"diet" is doing a lot of work here.
i knew girls who were super thin and didn't exercise outside of the occasional yoga or bike ride. they would eat like normal girls and have a few drinks, but nothing crazy. i'm not sure they could eat fast food every day and turn out the same, though obviously there was a huge genetic component involved so maybe?
also i wasn't around them all 24/7 maybe they only nibbled in public and starved themselves in private? but two of them were my girlfriends and they could put down some wings and beer. some bitches just have it, like the dudes who are muscular without any effort.

I think a lot of this is genetics. My mom is naturally thin and eats like a horse. She stays very active but its not true gym working out. It's like power walking with her girlfriends and hiking.
I had a live in gf who had an absolutely insane banging body who also ate fairly normally. However, she ran pretty much every day and it wasn't typical chick running with 10 min miles. She was faster than me. I think that kind intense cardio will basically negate what anyone eats.
The problem, as numerous posters have posted, is 95% of women's ideas regarding "working out" involve doing a light pilates or yoga class with minimal pushing of themselves. Most women are not even close to the necessary cardio threshold to truly burn calories that would offset their shitty processed western food diets. The ones who do are often high T and spend their days getting spitroasted at the local crossfit gym.
