I had tried to be diligent about preventative fixes. One of them was replacing a toilet that was badly installed--leaked water from both the base and the point where the base and tank meet. HOA guy shines a light and thinks it must be the toilet. Well shit, that's not the main stack, i own that! I get Home Depot to file a claim with the installer's insurance so they come back. Lol no it's a shitty corroded pipe (main stack). Pay a deposit, guy takes two weeks later to come back, opens more drywall, whoops looks bad. I get the HOA to send another guy, no ponytail but even sicker arm tats. Whoops haha that sure is a shitty pipe. Just pay the plumber and we'll reimburse you son. Puts a clamp on the pipe, which must be made of fucking jade for the price, then says looks good son.

I turn on all the fixtures before he leaves, shake his hand, then water starts leaking on my head. Opens up more wall. Oops more pipe is shitty--this one isn't even connected and has a giant hole! HOA guy comes back and confirms it is, indeed, a big hole. The two guys have a tense prole contest of will or something over how much this was going to cost someone. I hate talking about money--I grew up to have soft hands and lecture about higher things, this is all a huge misunderstanding! Misery. I checked and kike insurance won't cover any of this except the drywall, which will probably be less than the deductible, so I just stand back and thank God I am not on the line. I don't know what happened, but a lot of money changed hands while the plumbing to half my house has been unfunctional for over a month, my living room is a fucking wreck, and i am waiting on a substantial reimbursement with no timeline.

This was a very long poast with a simple conclusion: I am everywhere at the mercy of forces I don't want to understand. These micks are no less daunting agents of the evil demiurge than the faceless kikes (and fancy bank micks?) that extracted money from one another while the house deal was getting closed.

Ur best bet is to SELL asap (ur choice whether to (((disclose))) or not) and buy a 100yo house in a white neighborhood where the lead service line has been replaced and all wiring, mechanicals, HVAC, etc are fully redone
