Date: June 25th, 2025 7:20 PM Author: ,.,..,.,..,.,.,.,..,.,.,,..,..,.,,..,.,,. oldtown is still full of bums, but it looks like much of the pearl district (a relatively upscale neighborhood north of downtown) has re-gentrified after falling off during the fentanyl floyd era. there are even white couples with baby strollers walking around again.
other parts of downtown still look emptier and bummier than prior to 2020, however, though the large waterfront park is also cleaned up a bit. |
