The public accommodation was never intended for it to be toddler friendly. It was never an environment for them. Women stayed at home and raised kids in private.

We need to lower the cost of living, especially housing. Large estates should be affordable. Women should be confined there to reproduce and only let out once the kids reach a certain age of maturity.

What we can't allow is all this family shit to overrun meager public resources in small urban centers. It's the same as the homeless problem. It's the same on airplanes where proles don't want to pay the price of two seats together. You aren't encouraging childbirth by making the few public places a horror. These places should be for young people to meet in a nice quiet environment so they can go home and reproduce in private. We need to make private spaces clean and undisturbed. It's not a place for families to dump their shit all over other people. This really doesn't "encourage" the birth rate like you think it does.
