When you have a real jerb you have to wake up every morning pretty early, regardless of how much sleep you got. Do that over and over 5 days a week for 40 years, it just destroys your body and mind.
NOT working and just sleeping in until 10 or 11 or whenever you feel like it is 180000000 for your health. I think it's truly one of the best possible things you can do to improve your health.

Life is all about balance and moderation. Man needs to work in order to make rest and relaxation worthwhile. Downing juice and throwing baht at Thai Trans strippers doesn’t count as work.
