This is fascinating to me: all of the main line Protestants are in communion. You can be PCUSA and take communion at an ELCA etc. some of them like UMC (some of the UMC) you don’t even need to be baptized. Some churches you don’t even have to be a believer. On the other end of the spectrum WELS can’t even pray with non-WELS members and the Netherlands Reformed Church most people don’t take communion because they don’t think they are worthy. Of course Baptists view it as symbolic and quakers (some) don’t do communion.
Catholics will permit Orthodox to take communion, but the orthodox are not permitted by their church to take communion at a Catholic Church. Orthodox don’t permit anyone not Orthodox. Catholics don’t let anyone not baptized Catholic to take communion (and you have to be in a state of grace), yet count pretty much any trinitarian baptism as valid if you convert.
