A lot of modern people have eating addictions/disorders. It's the only way to hit anywhere close to 300 lbs.
The "fasting" and related gimmicks only do more damage.
You really need a local trainer to bust your ass for a couple years to get you closer to 225 lbs or something. Not a gym rat trainer, but a real bro who coaches diet & exercise, and breaks you of your strange food/eating rituals (cf. your poasts of food-like objects you prepare at home).
Most of us wouldn't discuss ergogenics with someone like you, but you're seriously not going to live long at your current rate... it's unlikely a protocol for test/primo & clen has an unfavourable risk/reward profile at your current state. |
