If you're caught, yes you're going federal and yes it's (A)-level, but everyone here but benzo is criminal history category I and safety-valve eligible. Your inability to proffer will hurt you, so you might want to consider thinking of a local biggie you can credibly but non-dangerously finger if you're caught. (This isn't that hard.
