Spelled out two clear theories of criminal liability, one of which was basically state level RICO, and a rough outline of civil liability. It was pretty damning. I went looking for it after seeing the Uber lawsuit thread -- it does not exist anymore. Thread was called something like "This is how CSLG is fucking up"
I also recall chandler being a yappy little sycophant in there as always and suspicious silence from Kenny. Am I fucking up the thread title, does anyone else remember it? I seriously think CSLG enticed some SHITMOD to delete the whole thing. |
