yes he's ineffective, the better strategy would have been to keep asking the questions and let the other guy make fake objections and refuse to answer, then go to the judge. no need for him to explain why the guy needs to answer.
regardless, the lawyer being deposed had his license suspended for the conduct according to the YouTube description below the video.
looks like that might not be the only time he's been suspended too, unless there are multiple lawyers in Colorado with similar names...

Date: July 4th, 2025 9:02 PM Author: Diamond Dallas Trump he asks a bunch of dumb fucking questions and compound questions that are like 6 questions at once and even tells the court reporter she isn't allowed to read an answer back. he goes on numerous diatribes/sidebars, and the deponent is correct that he should just certify his questions and move on. many of the questions he claims weren't anseered actually were, and he just didn't like the answers. he easily could have taken an effective deposition and gotten most of what he needed, then come back after a MTC and get the rest probably with attorneys fees, but he decided to have a retard slapfight over questions that weren't important and did nothing but waste everyone's time.
