So you only had to play like 1-2 games a year and you'd be up on the gaming zeitgeist. Nowadays everything is kind of — for lack of a better term — The Same. Like all you had to do was play GTA3, GTA Vice City, etc. etc. (which had actual good open worlds, which NO ONE copies*), and didn't have to suffer through hundreds of hours of crap. GTA: Vice City is like 15 hours long. Cyberpunk is like multiples of that. Long Games just make the backlog situation worse.
*you ever notice how actual good ideas don't get copied e.g. Zelda, but crap like "western-made open world with some RPG elements" gets copied by everything? No one can explain why imo. |

There's no point in buying something you can't use. Pare it down to a few impulse buys and not like 25 of them. Impulse buy like 2-3 games.
