Date: June 7th, 2025 8:45 AM Author: Marvelous Gay Wizard biggest issue is persistent fatigue/sleepiness and malaise. had a bunch of tests done to rule out other potential causes (sleep apnea, low T, etc.). my doctor kind of gave up on trying to fix this by modifying medications. the feeling of fatigue can be so strong that i struggle to do basic things like put on a pair of socks and shoes in the morning. i sleep in what i wear because changing clothes is mentally taxing. i shower only once or twice a month because it's so mentally taxing. walking to the pharmacy to pick up my meds (less than 10 minutes away) is very difficult. etc.
i feel very isolated because a lot of my "friends" and acquaintances stopped talking to me because of the insane things i did during the schizophrenic episodes.
i have this weird sensitivity to light and sound. it fluctuates, but some days i need to put on a sleep mask and put in ear plugs for at least half an hour during the day to calm my senses. i don't go outside that often as a result.
there's more, but that's all i can think of right now. |
