I don’t really get the logic of starting this when so many sound stages and production infrastructure companies are dying right now unless the play is to buy up their assets for pennies on the dollar and you already have a line on a substantial amount of the assets you’ll buy and a clear path to developing a pipeline of productions. Local and county incentives are in process of being passed that stack on top of the traditional state-level incentive – meaning our studio will be the most cost effective around. And we have substantial local support at the city level.
