Double-click DisableSearchBoxSuggestions, set its value to 1, and click OK.
Restart your computer or restart the Explorer process (via Task Manager: end explorer.exe and run it again) for changes to take effect.

It's like having one single windows PC you can use from any other device, even your phone using airplane wifi
