I.e. if I pay california tax on my 1099 job, I can't even deduct that... and for w2 income cap is 500k. So if I pay property tax, I can't deduct that either? Explain cbi deduction to me. If I have w2 income over 500k, can my 1099 income qualify for deduction or they will add it with my w2 income to exclude me? |
