If it’s a virtuoso or similar property I screenshot the room and rate, send it to my TA and he books same but I get upgrade, breakfast included and a ~$100 hotel credit. Hotel pays the TA not you, so you get extra benefits for nothing. Also then whenever there’s an issue it’s the TA’s to deal with not yours.
