The DA's summary says she had difficulty remembering portions of the night, including not remembering exactly when earlier ketamine use occurred and not remembering how the final threesome began. Yet his legal analysis says that her failure to remember certain events days later is not sufficient evidence of unconsciousness at the time. He doesn't even say that she was lying, he says that even accepting all of her statements as true, there is still no evidence of rape. |
