I don't get what this case could even be about. Trump defrauding lenders and shit? The lenders are loaning on the assets and have professional appraisals. The buildings are leased up and bankers and lawyers billed millions of dollars reviewing that shit.
How would Trump have defrauded Mazars into making unreliable statements? This shit should be easily verifiable in the rent rolls?
As someone who works in real estate finance, I don't really get how you could even defraud a mega-accounting firm on billion dollar skyscrapers...
