never really had to sell investments specifically to pay expenses, its never been an issue even when market tanks
but i live nicely on like 30-40k a year, i imagine if i spent 2-3x times that then it wld be an issue |

i mean if im at 1.2 million, i just need 2.9% to generate 35k, there's prob times when i will make a few thousands from selling CC's and ill move it from my investment accont to checking/savings but its not even something i plan or regularly do, just do it when notice my savings have gone below 20k or something
