He'd be the big favorite. But the Rat Tail is not an easy fight for anyone.

Confidence is a very big factor, except for the very best athletes who usually understand that winning consistently requires winning ugly on occasions when unable to locate or bring forward their best stuff. For the rest of the field, timing, i.e., when exactly in a person's career he faces another person who is at some or other place in theirs, this is an important factor.

Tszyu was oozing confidence when he made Zab look absolutely foolish. Zab is one of only two fighters ever to land much leather on Floyd. But these two fights took place five years apart, so this is the last place we should look for any transitivity.

I will rarely if ever agree that "Mayweather would have made (insert someone he never fought) his bitch," because, despite his many wins over hall of famers, he is the king of timing his engagements to avoid other when they're hot.

At the same time, I respect him immensely for his brand- and career-building acumen, and for not being played like some bitch but for beating certain big sharks at their own game and making them HIS bitches.

I believe Demarcus Corley landed some of the most serious leather on Mayweather ever. And Maidana. So Did Mosley. So did Cotto. Not sure where your "one of only two fighters" is coming from.

You may have seen Mayweather fighting more opponents than I, but in the larger picture, who landed how much leather on him was rhetorically asked to illustrate the inferiority of comparing transitive results to emphasizing everyone's instantaneous career momentum. Floyd is one of the most skilled fighters I've ever had the pleasure of watching, but he seems to have done more than his share of ducking despite his prodigious gifts.

Now you're going to start talking about Floyd ducking. He never ducked anyone. Who did he duck? Margarito? He fought everyone. When Mosley was on top he was begging for a fight with him but never got it. He always asked for the fight against Oscar, and made a lot of concessions for him to agree to the fight.

Dude, people were saying that ducking stuff years ago, but not anymore. He beat everyone.

Okay, off the top of my head, I understand Floyd commissioned an online poll for fans to vote in and determine who his next opponent should be.

Amir Kahn won the poll, NOT Maidana; but Amir has exceptionally fast/surprisingly heavy hands (which is, probably, why he won the poll).

Floyd could not accept such a dangerous fight (which is fine, btw, imho).

Fans got to see, instead, the garbage barroom brawler Maidana, twice.

PS- Practicing your Trump flow?

you are fucking pathetic. That little bitch ducked people for fucking years and then fought them when they were washed up. It will haunt him the rest of his life and make a joke out of his legacy, as it should.

Probably. But the one thing we can say for sure is that Floyd would have only fought him when he was certain Kostya was on his way down.
