I don't believe that pointing out clear indicia of someone possessing a low IQ (which is strongly correlated with having poor critical thinking and logical reasons skills) in the context of a discussion where having strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills is important and they are implicitly holding themselves up as having them is "Jewish," no. I think that's rational and reasonable.
"Jewish" criticism would be for me to point out that you lack some sort of degree from some sort of fake and gay "graduate school" (and use that as a proxy for intelligence instead of simply addressing intelligence directly) and then imply that therefore you don't know what you're talking about or your points should be summarily discounted because you lack that credential, or for me to call you some meaningless and intentionally divisive term like "racist" or "homophobe" or "bigot" to muddy the waters on the actual debate, etc etc etc.
