you can also do this in other tax free jurisdictions around the globe, but getting citizenship elsewhere can be harder. the island nations offer $100,000 'investment' citizenships. it is completely legit. tons of millionaires on this site who pay an insane amount of taxes.
you can have a second home in the US if you still want to or in europe or latin american or wherever.
the ONLY risk is that the US bullies these jurisdictions into imposing an income tax like europe did with andorra (but which is still low like 5%) |

The problem is that it's boring in those islands but you have to be careful about remaining non-resident in any taxable place. Some countries go by 6 months plus a day, but the US might be less, especially if you're a former citizen. Also the US says that you still owe taxes for ten years after you renounce. USA is only one that taxes on citizenship rather than residence. So get a second citizenship in some euro country or latin american country then move to st kitts and nevis.
