And if your body guy goes over, then you can submit a request for more money and they consider it. Is that what you mean by "lowball offer to settle?" |

If their offer is low by only a few hundred dollars, a small claims action probably isn't worth your time. |

The medical bills and records are usually admissible under small claims court rules, and that's about the extent of proving these sorts of damages.
