Then the judge gets up to announce the sentence, but before that goes on a over 30 minute pre-written diatribe, absolutely tearing Jussie limb from limb on everything from his social justice creds to his perjury to his family, even telling him that his own name is a punchline. Bonkers.

All the while the judge is throwing glimmers of hope that he won't give Jussie jail time, repeatedly saying how no punishment could be worse than the damage he has done to himself, how he has been asked to show mercy, etc

Then the reverse-big-willie PWN. The judge announces the sentence and first mentions felony probation, further discussing how Jussie will still be allowed to travel freely. For a good 35 seconds, the defense thinks they have won and are trying to conceal their glee. And then all of a sudden BOOM NAH NIGGA YOU GOIN TO JAIL FIRST FOR 5 MONTHS.

Holy shit. Brutal.

And then 4 different pleas from the legal team to suspend the sentence, which the judge shrugs of with annoyance saying that the HAMMER OF JUSTICE HAS TO FALL.
