Just received a summons over an accident a guest was in 4 years ago. Turo told me I was extended coverage over this back in 2020 and that they would handle it. I passed both turo and the lawyers the information in 2020 for them to communicate. Here we are 2023 and being told I’m being sued for over 100k for the injury. They got a bunch of "injections" or something. I tried contacting turo with so far no help on this. Will provide updates on how the process goes. |

Date: April 9th, 2023 7:12 PM Author: Vigorous hospital Buddy of mine lost a $150k judgment after he was hit by a car. My buddy was just standing on the sidewalk minding his own business when a drunk driver jumped the curb, hit him, then slammed into a storefront.
The driver had a good lawyer, and my buddy ended up being found at fault. |
