But it was trivial to download stuff from PH using tools like youtube-dl. Most of that stuff does still exist on the hard drives of coomers. You may see many of those clips again if a site allowing relatively unfettered user uploads ever grows to the scale that PH had, or if a more robust P2P platform emerges.
Porn is something of a commodity though. If your favorite vid gets taken down you can still find something to coom to.
You can't really say the same thing for the millions of forum posts that are suddenly about to become less useful. There's no substitution for most of those links. |
