Parts of North Buffalo are nice, but parts of Cleveland itself, much of Cleveland Heights, essentially all of Shaker Heights, even Uni Heights on a smaller scale are full of beautiful grand old homes that are $200K-1M.
Elmwood Village in Buffalo is cool and values have exploded over the past 20 years. Parkside / Central Park area has nice homes, too. Some family used to live there. There’s just such a small professional class in Buffalo to keep all the homes and neighborhoods running, and so many people have bolted for Clarence and East Amherst.
Have never been to Cincy. :( |
