This morning DOJ submitted a sealed “update” for in camera review on the status of the govt’s efforts to get Garcia back
The judge just now this evening issued an order postponing discovery for a week with the agreement of both sides

So maybe El Salvador has agreed to return him on some condition that everyone would rather remain sealed?
But unless there is some development to facilitate his return I don't know why his lawyers would agree to the stay. |
