The DH is largely a shtetl of cards that topples with the slightest push. One, if you control for IQ by comparing jews to White subgroups with a similar group mean IQ, you find that jews continue to be vastly over-represented in left-wing orgs and politics, in relation to those White subgroups. It's not just IQ, it's also a diaspora jewish disposition toward leftism (an evolutionarily inherited trait to maximize jewish survivability as a minority ethny in host nations).

Two, there are no jews in groups where smart anti-semitism is permitted air time. This may seem like a tautology, but it goes to proving that IQ alone is insufficient to explain jewish preponderance in every societal niche that could present an opposing force to jewish power.

Three, jews have not always had a reputation for smarts, but they have always had a reputation for subversion and deceit. Go back to early Medieval times, before the jewish IQ boost, and you read the same complaints about jewish behavior.

Four, (and most convincingly), there are no jews in authentic right-wing movements that encourage White racial identification. If a jew should wander into that milieu, he is there to sabotage it, not lead it to greater power and influence.

The fact is that "jews in conservative groups" is not a slam-dunk argument for the DH because jews have a long history of infiltrating those conservative groups only to purge them of genuinely racialist Whites and redirect the leadership to philosemitism and universalist "bootstrap" individualism, which is entirely conceived to kneecap the ability of Whites to join together in a collective racial spirit to oppose corrupting influences on their societies.
