you're losing weight almost as fast as you possibly can on GLP drugs, because you're eating almost nothing. with diet and exercise you're losing weight a lot slower

To paraphrase Tom Cruise from the mid-2000s...these drugs do nothing to deal with the underlying issues. Namely that modernity has destroyed life for huge numbers of people. Some people go insane (justifiably in many cases) and end up seeing (((psychiatrists))) who give them pills to mask the issue. Others eat like pigs as a little escape from the drudgery. And GLP-1s just turn that part of their brain off.
