Feel like Trump should just put in the tax code that for every second home you own, you either have to pay (i) an extra 10% of the rental income and (ii) if the house is sitting empty, the equivalent of the real estate taxes to the federal government as an excise tax.
Something like 1/3 of all homes are now cash buyers and i feel like none of the are selling their existing home. |
