ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — In recent years, Atlanta has been dubbed the most educated city, the city with the most side-hustle searchers and even the best city for singles — but a recent study ranked it at the top of a very different metric.

Known for its adult content, OnlyFans is a subscription service where fans can pay for content directly from creators. And according to OnlyGuider, an OnlyFans search engine, Atlanta spends the most on the website per capita of any city in the world.

In 2025, Atlantans spent $525,475.69 per 10,000 people, the study said. Overall, the city dished out roughly $26,172,000, ranking it No. 14 overall.

The top five cities in OnlyFans spending per capita were:

Atlanta, Georgia: $525,475.69 per 10,000 people, up 1.94% from 2024

Orlando, Florida: $466,430.19 per 10,000 people, up 5.16% from 2024

Milan, Italy: $423,256.20 per 10,000 people, up 19.11% from 2024

Miami, Florida: $374,921.38 per 10,000 people, up 3.01% from 2024

Washington, D.C.: $352,885.86 per 10,000 people, down 6.64% from 2024

“These are high-density, high-employment, and high-wealth cities where digital consumption is part of the daily fabric,” OnlyGuider wrote in its study. “Atlanta, Orlando, and Miami aren’t just big; they are culturally aligned with the creator economy.”

OnlyFans drew $7.2 billion in revenue in 2025, up 9% from last year. The United States is the biggest overall spender, logging more than $2.6 billion, but Finland ranked No. 1 per capita.
