The Rams should draft Stafford's replacement this coming draft. They have two first round picks, both theirs and the Falcons'.

No idea what his contract situation is like. And he's only 37 so he's got a few years left. But I think it would be smart to draft a QB and let him learn behind Stafford, like the Packers did when they drafted Rodgers and Love
