she was a barely competent pilot then bought a high-performance plane she didn't know how to fly. she wound up getting into a pilot-induced oscillation before going nose down and crashing into a mountain at 250 kts.
she also lied to the FAA about meds she's on. Apparently she had xanax and buspar in her system. |
