there was also tc chen now that i think about it. aka "two chip" chen after the double hit that cost him the 85 us open. that has to be one of the weirdest majors ever considering penalty shots chen and another second place finsher(denis watson) received wouldnt have happened under todays rules |

he does have the distinction of being the only player to get a penalty for slow play in the masters though. i recall it was considered very racist that they penalized him |
