Needed ~1,900 words across multiple posts to explain why I don’t have the right to be on BuyMeACoffee, a platform that exists precisely so people can decide for themselves whether to support someone or not, whatever their cause is.

you're getting defensive because there's really no reason you need to kickstart "writing a book." and people don't need any encouragement to be dismissive of that. the only way you're going to get donations from random people on the internet for a book that'll never be written is if you start showing your tits on onlyfans, and the ship has sailed on that being a viable revenue source long ago.

ok, i clicked the link, and it seems to be encouraging people to donate so a broke middle-aged woman can live more comfortably in italy.
